After successful screenings of the odorama film Polyester, by John Waters. In which the scented scratch and sniff cards were replaced for a life scent performance at the Altered State Festival and Festival Into The Great Wide Open, Frank was asked by LIFF (Leids International Film Festival) to create scents for the film Spirited Away, and the year after for The Darjeeling Limited.
